All the above rates are in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Surcharge :
-Peak Season (Dec 24 - Jan 5) 400 Bht.
-Peak Season (Apr 12 - 15) 300 Bht.
-Longweekend  200 Bht.
Meal Rates :
-American Breakfast 200 Bht.
-Lunch 350 Bht.
-Dinner 500 Bht.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
- cancellation made within 17 days will be charged 50% of total value
- cancellation made within 5 days will be charged 2/3 of total value.
- in case of late arrival and meals are not taken as required, total payment will be charged.
(Breakfast time 7.30 - 10.30 AM)

Payment Policy:

Full prepayment within 17 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 4% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
