Full Prepayment within 27 days before arrival date. Or 50% deposit may be requested during Peak Season, Long weekend, and festival holidays.

Visa/master card is accepted, plus 4% charge.

Deposit Policy:

Weekend and High season - 1 night non-refundable deposit in 27 days prior to arrival date.

Peak Season, long weekend, Songkran Holiday, New Year and Other festival season - 50% of voucher non-refundable deposit in 37 days prior to arrival date.

Reservation Policy:

Room will be held until 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival unless guaranteed

If arrival is after 16:00 hrs at least, one of the following guaranteed in required.
- one night deposit by cash, cheque or major credit card.

No Show and Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us withnin 30 days prior to arrival date.

No show or late cancellation is subject to 1 night non-refundable deposit or 50% of voucher, or whichever is higher.

In order to avoid "no show" billing, cancellation should be made in 30 days ( Working day 9 am - 5 pm) before arrival date.
