All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, fan or air-con and ABF (except family fan room). Electricity and water run 24
hours. VIP and Suite room are equipped with hot/cold shower and

long staying guest / cash payment in advance.

5. Reservation Policy: 50% within 5
days after date of booking, the rest within 20 days prior to check-in
date. Failure to payment within the given time, reservation will
be canceled without notification.
6. Cancellation Policy: within 10 days
prior to check-in date, failure to this 50% of total payment will be
charged.
7. Checkin-out: guests have to check-in
not later than 18:00 hrs except given prior notice. There is
charge in case of early check-in.
8. The rates are exclusive of 7%
vat and admission fee of national park e.g. 400 Bht/person and
200 Bht/child
for foreigners. and 40 Bht/person and 20 Bht/child (not over 13 years).
9. Booking requires full
prepayment upon receipt of invoice within 10 days. Without payment,
booking will be automatically released. We accepted payment by
visa/master card plus 3.5% bank charge.
