The Rayong area is the fruit capital of Thailand, some of the best and most popular fruits of Thailand come from here. In fruit season (from March till May) many people flock to the area for Durian, Rambutans, Mangosteens and many other fruit. The garden at the resort has many local Thai fruit trees (there is a different fruit for each bungalow), some of the trees are the more common fruits of the area, and some are the old fashion fruits of Thailand, that many of the locals have not seen in years. We serve many of the fruits with our complements. The beach is clean and safe for children, and there are many Islands in the area for day trips that can be arranged from the resort. We have trips to Turtle Island (Kho Man Nai) to see the giant sea turtle breeding facilities there. They raise the turtles from eggs and when they are old enough they release them into the sea. Sea turtles are graceful saltwater reptiles, well adapted to life in their marine world. With streamlined bodies and flipper-like limbs, they are able to swim long distances in a relatively short time. When they are active, sea turtles must swim to the ocean surface to breath every few minutes. When they are resting, they can remain underwater for as long as two hours without breathing. Although sea turtles live most of their lives in the ocean, adult females must return to land in order to lay their eggs. Scientists believe that nesting female turtles return to the same beach on which they were born. Often sea turtles must travel long distances from their feeding grounds to their nesting beaches. [ villa bali resort ] [ activites ] [ map ] Accommodation The rooms are large, cool and comfortable, with large terraces, some have thatched roofs and are in the Balinese style, others have tiled roofs, all rooms come with air-conditioning, TV, refrigerators and hot water. All rooms have a large balcony with thatched roof and plenty of space to entertain guests and have a meal. If you have had enough of the water sports you can sit around the pool and enjoy the afternoon soaking up the sun.
Restaurant The Restaurant serves Thai and International food with a good variety of seafood. There is a small playground near the restaurant, so you can keep an eye on the children while you eat. The restaurant is in the Balinese style, with a view of the ocean
