Remark:

• All the above rates are in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
• Cooking is not allowed.
• Check-In/Out Time Subject to the policy of the hotels, the check-in time is 1:30pm and the check-out 11:30am. Late check-out will be subjected to 100 THB/hr. penalty.
• Full Prepayment before arrival.
• Dogs and well trained owner are allowed. 
• Safe deposit boxes are available, free of charge, at the front office.
• Visa/master card is accepted plus 4% service charge.

Transfer:  from Phe Pier to Ao Vongduern.

• Ferry to Ao Vongduern @ 120 Baht/person. Leaves at 09:30am, 01:30pm, and 05:00pm. It takes about 40 minutes.
• Alternatively, you may catch a public boat at Nualthip Pier and just say destination at Vongduern Villa.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

• Cancellation must be made before 15 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged. 
• In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.
• Early check-out is non-refundable.

Payment Policy:

• Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 4% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
